Welcome to the electronic home of the Gold Coast Mixed Hash House Harriers. Our kennel runs weekly on Wednesday nights at 6.30pm from various locations on the Gold Coast.

We are a mixed kennel and have members of all abilities - from Long distance Marathon runners through to social walkers. Please remember to bring along a sense of humor, a torch and a few bucks for food and beverages.

Spiderman from Varsity Lakes Travel on the Gold Coast is running a tour to Turkey that will take in EuroHash 2009 in Antalya. There is the option to visit Egypt first (a pre-lube) and Greece afterward ( a post-lube). Specialised or Group Tours are something we do a lot at Varsity Lakes Travel - On On, Spiderman.
EuroHash 2009 in Turkey - With the option to tour Egypt first {10 days from 6th May}
- A 22 day tour of Turkey that takes in EuroHash {22 days from 15th May}
- With the option of a Med Cruise & Greece afterwards {11 days from 5th June}
These packages are now finalised, and consist of three parts: - The main part is a tour of Turkey (22 days) that 'just happens' to spend 3 days in Antalya while EuroHash is being held. {Istanbul to Istanbul}
- A 'Pre-Lube' tour of Egypt (10 days) {Cairo to Cairo}
- A 'Post-Lube' Mediteranean Cruise from Istanbul, taking in the Greek Islands. {Istanbul to Athens}.
- The tours are Gecko's tours.
- A moderate level of fitness is required.
- These trips generally involve some physical activities and occasional long travelling days.
- Accommodation and travel conditions may be more basic.
You need to register yourself for the EuroHash event: Register for EuroHash 2009 - Before 31th Oct 2008, €200
- After 1st Nov 2008, €300
- After 1st Apr 2009, €400
- We have negotiated a group rate for flights, ex Australia
- You will need a Visa for Egypt and a Visa for Turkey.
- Travel Insurance is required by the Tour Operator. We have obtained a group discount for this.
- Not included are items of a personal nature: gratuities, postage, drinks, meals that are not mentioned in the itineraries, spending money etc.
- There may be a few Optional Tour expenses. These expenses are listed on the bottom of the Itineraries.
